Community: Take a look at our new public service announcement about speeding!

As part of the officer's community partner's initiative, the day shift wanted to do a public service announcement (PSA) about speeding cars in hopes of slowing you all down. This was especially important to us due to the first day of school approaching fast and we wanted you all to be aware of the children in and around the roadways especially for the next few weeks.

This PSA will show on our local cable channel and other media outlets to remind us all to drive slow. Did you know speeding cars and red light violations are one of our biggest complaints in town, and an assignment where our officers spend many hours assigned to traffic posts trying to correct bad driving behavior.

We would like to thank Abington's Community Access and Media, Inc. (CAM), Executive Director Justin Shannahan and all the help from his student interns who helped make this professional video for us.

Enjoy and drive safe!
